I love the Venerdi range of GF products. I recently tried the Splendid Sourdough English Muffins and WOW!!! Blown away. But the sourdough GF bread is pretty good. It is a bit drier and 'harder' than some other products for example Vogel is excellent BUT...I react to Vogel breads and feel rather ill. But with the Venerdi range, no side effects. This bread is pretty good eaten toasted.

+ PROS: Great taste. Lasts forever in the fridge. Additives and preservatives appear to be kept to a minimum in this bread.
- CONS: Pretty dry and not good for sandwiches. Pretty dry as a toasted sarmie - better to use the English muffins or sourdough buns.
