I have recently spent time in hospital and my skin got very dry and damaged from the air conditioning and post surgery so I started using skin food’s nourishing moisturiser when I got home from hospital!

+ PROS: Easily absorbed, light and smells lovely! I use it in my hands and arms as well as doesn’t feel sticky or leave any residue! People have commented on my face and how good my skin is looking! I am 60 years old and started getting dark spots on my face but these have disappeared since starting the skinfood!
- CONS: None very pleased with feel and results.
