An old favourite i hadn't sampled in a long time. This wine was particularly enjoyed by my mother who helped me sample it and thoroughly enjoyed it. I like the new label, it is mature and appealing.

Asti is too sweet for me, however i would by it when i go to see my friend, she drunk my bottle and really enjoyed it

I buy Le Brun typically - try to stock up when it's on sale. Find Italian sparkling usually too sweet. Also, comes with a 'taint' of cheapness. Packaging changes have made it look a little less cheap.

I did not enjoy the taste as I found this wine too sweet. I prefer a drier sparkling wine like Duetz or Lindauer Blanc de Blanc

I have had this as a previous sample which I wasn't pleasantly surprised about, however when having it this time I did not really enjoy it - only because it is so sweet. I think it really depends what you eat with it.

I havent bought any in the last 3 months last time i bought Riccadonna Asti was about 4yrs ago and I LOVE the product but it was in a different labled bottle. Did not even recodnise this as Asti when we got it until tasted it.

I haven't tried Riccadonna Asti for YEARS - it was one of the first sparkling wines I enjoyed in my younger years. These days I enjoy prosecco when looking for a lighter sparkling style. The rebranding is a big improvement. Easy drinking and well priced.

I just find this wine too sweet and a bit sickly. I do like the new packaging though and the price point is great. It’s just a shame I don’t like the wine!

I think it'll be hard for Riccadonna to shake the reputation that it's a super sweet drink drunk by 16 year old girls who have recently discovered alcohol and want to be a bit fancier than drinking vodka cruisers. I was surprised by how DELISH it was! I don’t usually like Riccadonna.

I would recommend this to lovers of sweeter style bubbles however I am very fussy about the bubbles I drink and will always go for a drier style wine.

Riccadonna Asti is not my preferred style of sparkling. It’s a bit too sweet for my taste. I definitely would recommend to others that like a sweet bubbly. And have purchased for people in the past. When I first received a sample before, I fell in love with it. I have continued supporting Riccadonna products and am very appreciative and grateful to have received another sample.

When I was in my early 20s (30 years ago) I drank Asti for special occasions. The taste seems to be the same as it was familiar when I drank it. Although it was not unpleasant to drink, it was quite sweet and almost floral. I drink a lot of sparkling wine but in the cheaper range prefer the likes of Deutz, Lindauer, or any of the proseccos.

When younger this was my "go to" brand, I can't believe i drank now, it is so sweet, my 20 something daughter loved it though!

Yeah nah still not one for Riccadonna, tried it years ago and now again recently and it’s just not something I enjoy personally.

Yum I haven’t had this in years but I prefer it to my regular also please bring back the Prosecco my local countdown and Pak n save both don’t stock it (Nelson)
