I used this to make Creamy Mushroom Sauce and these are so tasty! I chopped them into thin slices added some salt and pepper in a pan until it turned brown. Then added 400ml of fresh cream until it thickened. AMAZING!

The mushrooms themselves were very good quality, and I like that they came in cardboard. However, I prefer to buy mushrooms loose so I can control the quantity and put them in a paper bag (there is still a bit of plastic in this packaging, despite the cardboard).

Mushrooms are good addition to any food. But branding doesnt matter to me in this regard. Enjoyed these mushrooms and added to a number of various dishes, including frying with some eggs.

Good-sized, tasty mushrooms. Great to grab on the go in the 250g packs but can work out to be more expensive than pick-your-own loose mushrooms.
