A lovely tasting cheese, tastier than you standard edam and would be great on a cheese board. I loved it on crackers with pickles and pickled onions.

it has a stronger flavor and softer texture than the standard edam block. if you're a fan of edam and want something a little extra give it a go

- CONS: the cheese was actually quite wet when i opened the packaging and it needed to be dried off before eating. it is better than the standard block but at that price the increase in quality isn't worth it

Yum as. It was delicious. Because of the price I would probably only buy it if people are coming round, for a cheese board etc. Otherwise normal Edam will have to do.
