As per previous, do buy chilled meals just more of a Winter thing (so now - Autumn). This was a great option!

For me this wasnt something i enjoyied, too many vegetables! The flavour just not to my taste, however this would not stop me trying a differnt variety of this brand. They are great lunch options for a work lunch.

For someone who makes my own soup, this is surprisingly good! It was definitely tasty and was a good portion as a side for our dinner. I enjoyed the mix of vegetables and ingredients in the soup. Would purchase again (try other flavours) if I am ever in want of soup and cannot be bothered cooking.

I almost really liked this. Then I tasted the corriander and my day was ruined. Please no corriander!! Or at least be up front about the presence of coriander so I can spare myself the disappointment and avoid it from the beginning

I buy soup from this brand sometimes, I saw this product but hadn't bought it yet. I really enjoyed it, great flavour. Good and cost effective alternative to going out to buy lunch during the work day and also a quick dinner with some nice bread and butter, yum!

I have never bought the the chilled meal bowls before, but am certainly looking at purchasing these from now on. They are quick and easy to prepare, especially for busy families.

i have never gotten it in a chilled catergary as i normally get it in a can as its something to go to when running late and having a super busy day , this type of meal is not what i plan to eat for dinner its a ive got nothing planned and need to do something quick

I read the ingredients list and was so super excited to try this but I was massively disappointed as it had coriander in it!!! That was all I could taste and I find it revolting! Loved it! This is my kind of food - tasty, hearty and healthy. Served over some roasted vege, but with any healthy carb or without it is the prefect meal. Usually get Naked Kitchen California Bowl - but this is a very good rival.

Normally I wouldn't go for soup that has quinoa so I was happily surprised how good the Goodness Bowl taste. I had it at work and was telling how yummy it was. I was able to finish the whole pack at lunch. Initially I was going to leave half for the next day but it was so good that I finished it off. Very yummy

Omg this was delicious and love by all in our household. Kids have requested it in their thermals' for lunches and bot my partner and I have added this to mix up our winter work lunches. Packaging was good and size was good too. Loved this product

One likes this in the house and one person didn’t

Our household always buys this product and everyone of all ages loves it. The taste and extra bits in this chilled meal is spot on. Very filling especially for the size.

Our super market has tasty chilled meals but the GTC sample was great.

Our two teenage girls loved this for their dinner. They really enjoyed the fact that it had loads of veges in it for them and it was easy for them to heat up and eat!

Over winter I regularly consume soup for work and weekend lunches. I have to say that I loved this product due to the variety of ingredients, particularly the edamame and chickpeas as it provided a excellent texture and flavour, plus had sufficient substance to fill me up ! I will definately be adding this to the weekly grocery list !!

Prior to this booklet / sample I thought these were part of the chilled soup range due to packaging and where it is usually ranged in the store. I now know there is a difference.Have eaten some of the others in the past and coming into winter will start to buy again.
