I love Caesar salad and have eaten many version here in nz and in AU. This is the worst I have tried to date. Worst is the greasy translucent dressing that is not Caesar dressing but a highly artificial version. terrible. Parmesan - ground not flaked and not enough ... croutons - meh... no bacon. Lettuce is ok but as you are basically left with 50% bare lettuce this is good. Please try a Caesar salad before deciding you will make your own version.
