Edmonds Blitz Balls – Apricot & Coconut

A tiny box of muesli with instructions! Kind of ridiculous but maybe suits someone totally clueless in the kitchen.

Another product I’d seen but was let sure about but trying sample these a now a staple in shop no nuts perfect for school lunches and cheaper than some other brands or getting own ingredients

Followed the instructions, was a very sticky mix, and hard to roll.

Following the recipe these did not stick together. Added extra honey and coconut oil. They didn't taste nice

Fun and super easy that all ingredients are ready to make and go, but as my kis are not big fans, I think I would just buy ready made small packets for myself if I felt like them.

Husband made this. He laid it out flat in a tray (I’m unsure why). And he pretty much ate all of it. The flavour was great and it was good knowing it was healthy too.

I also make my own. Quite pricey considering it only had oats coconut and little bits of apricot.

I also prefer to make my own using Edmonds ingredients

I am yet to find a "bliss" ball that I like enough to buy, however these weren't horrible like all the others i have tried

I and family are not fond of coconut, might try the other flavour - date & cocoa which is more appealing

I buy alot of bliss balls for my clients and eat them myself as easy snacks, I hadnt even heard of the edmonds mix your own so was PLESANTLY surprised at how easy and delicious they were. Will definately buy in the future

I buy the bliss balls that are ready to eat. Have them as a snack for the kids or in my office draw. Didn't like the taste of the Edmund ones.

I can't eat dairy so we made this with coconut oil, the mix was way too dry when following the packet instructions so we added more to get a good consistency. They were very sweet.

I couldn't make these as my food processor died and I haven't bought a new one yet.

I did enjoy getting this in the blackbox, but I wouldn’t buy this in the future as blitz balls I like the convience of them able to be ready to eat and portable on the go. This product I feel would be great for mother’s who has time to sit and make them. It was abit too messy for my liking and the amount of time to make them vs buying in the supermarket

I love all of these bliss balls, they are popular with the whole family whether homemade with the help of Edmonds or ready-made other brands. Price probably has more to do with which brand we would choose as they all taste good and are in similar portions with similar nutritional benefits.

I love baking for my daughter's lunchbox because I can know exactly what ingredients are being used. I was VERY happy with the ingredients list on this product, they were quick to make and the whole family loved them. I would buy them for times when I'm in a rush assuming they are not expensive.

I used 2 bananas to dampen and stick the mix instead of the recomended honey and coconut oil. They were delicious, the kids all loved them too!

I usually make my own blitz balls using whatever I have in the cupboard, however I found this mix to be very tasty and would consider purchasing it. I would expect it would be a lot cheaper than premade balls.

I went out and brought the Date one. The kids didnt like it???? I did, buy I wanted sonething healthy for their lunchboxes, so that was a shame.

I will buy the other flavor for comparison but normally make my own. Great for someone who isn't a baker or is just lazy although could be made even easier if it's already blitzed as your relying on someone having a good processor to make these. Thought they were too sweet, maybe less dried fruit could be put in?

I wondered if it would not be so sweet if mixed with something other than honey or if it was the mixture. I generally make my own balls but these were much quicker and less messy

I would be more likely to buy it if the ingredients were already blitzed, and I could only add the butter etc and make the balls. Too many dirty dishes if it has to go in the food processor, and it becomes less of a convenience option.

I would LOVE these BUT have Coeliac disease (GF/no oats). Go true GF and I'll be right there.

If the box had not told me they contained apricots, I would not have known. They were tasteless.

If the flavours were more unique I’d buy them. The flavours on offer are a bit boring. What about ginger date and pear or something a bit more gourmet!

it didn't work as per the packet instructions, I had to blizzard for like 10mins and then it didn't set firm and crumbled. I added the right ingredients and my food processor is only 3 months old

It requires honey to make. I would need to Rob the bank to buy honey.

It was very easy to make it, good instructions. The packaging is too much of the same Edmond style, first I thought it’s baking powder. It was too sweet for me and dried out very quickly. My daughter took in her lunchbox and brought back. It was dry and too much oat in it.

It would have been easier to make in a single mixing bowl with a spoon instead of trying to put it in the blender and trying to blitz it it wouldn’t blitz it just sat there even after attempts at melting the butter and honey again and again.

Its more cost effective if I purchase the ready made balls rather than prepare these ones, it requires other ingredients and time prep, as a busy mum I dont have the time to prep these as an additional work for me.

The apricot and coconut was too dry. Not enough fruit. Had to add more oil and honey than suggested on box and still wasnt enough. Ended up adding peanut butter to bind them. I would however buy the other flavour to try to see if it was any different. Still prefer to make my own from scratch.

The kids didn't like them so I am unlikely to purchase too often in the future. I liked them but don't think eating them all will be good for me

The kids enjoyed helping make the balls. Liked knowing I could make up a fresh batch with ingredients I had at home. Really handy.

The only reason I said I won't be buying them is because I make them from scratch with an easy recipe, but would definitely recommend to friends who wanted something even easier

They were good, but I have seen ones with less sugars and also means your lumped with more than a handful and I have tenancy to over eat great for lunch treats for the kids, but school didn't like the idea due to containing chocate but I liked the idea of being able to make them with the kids and them be able to do it with ease
