Not for me

For a non alcoholic beer this played the part. It tasted like a beer 🍺 had a good colour.

I didn't like this as it tastes like a really classic beer beer but my partner thought it was a decent non-alcoholic beer. I would prefer a Tiny but these have a good price point.

A very nice beer and hard to tell it was non alcoholic. Great hoppy taste, fresh, crisp and refreshing. A great option for easy drinking when you want an alcohol free night!

So surprised by this! Smelled good, tasted good. Passes for real lager. Nice looking bottle too. By far the best zero alcohol beer I've tried. Will definitely be recommending this to friends and will purchase myself when the need for no-alcohol arises.

I thought it was tasty, light and easy to drink. It's reasonably priced for a 4 pack, non alcoholic still starts as alcohol and has this removed but is still subject to similar taxes as alcohol as i believe?

Really pleasantly surprised by this. A little sweet, almost mead-like in flavour, with great body. Would definitely buy again as a no-alcohol option.

Clausthaler tasted okay for a non alcoholic beer and did give a strong closeness to actual international beers. Would recommend if you are looking for a non alcoholic beer.

I didn't really enjoy the hoppy taste of this beer. Can it still be called non-alcoholic even though it contains 0.5% alcohol? There are many other tastier non-alcohol options I would choose over this.

For a non alcoholic beer, this tasted pretty good. Some of the other ones you can buy have a funny after taste and are not enjoyable to drink, but this one was actually very refreshing and pleasant.

I drink some non or low alcohol beers now by choice and hadn't tried this one. I liked it, similar to Heineken zero alcohol beer.

If you like Carlsberg beer then you'll enjoy this. A good option for an after mahi drink without the alcohol content.

I’m not much of a beer drinker but my husband enjoys a beer - and we both really enjoyed this beer. It was refreshing with a slightly bitter taste but no bitter after taste. Tastes like a good beer with alcohol. It is a great drink to have available at gatherings for ‘drivers’ or those not wanting alcohol. My husband is so taken with it, he intends buying a dozen.

Pleasant slight hop, more malt tasting flavour initially. Over time it wasn't pleasant. Not my first choice for non-alcoholic beer, bit expensive too.

An improvement on some of the other non alc beers we have tried. Was true to style, slight hop flavour with a solid base of malt. Mouthfeel wasn't bad for no alcohol, they are often quite watery and flat but this had pretty good body. I think more people would be open to trying non-alc if the prices more more in line with other no-alcohol options.

Firstly, I'm not a beer drinker and can't stand the stuff! Had to try this product though and it definitely smells and tastes like most other beers. You would never know it was alcohol free. I shared the bottle with my father and husband who said it was a nice drink. Was husband thought it was quite fruity tasting.

I don't see the point of 0% alc beer (or wine for that matter). Most of it is bland and, as well as pointless, expensive. This one is pointless, but it's not bland - quite a nice flavour. No idea if it's expensive. Gotta give it 4/5. And - to be fair - I did try it while cutting veg for dinner, so that might well be one time when 0% is a good idea! :-)

Can only give it 5 Stars. Being non-alcoholic it still taste like real top quality beer.

Best I can say is that I shared with 3 others and I sure pumped up my free German beer but regret to advise none of us could finish the wee sample..... Seems after reading the other reviews that I may have had an off bottle, I love German beer but this was flat and smelt and tasted off, honestly could never be tempted to try this brand ever again, couldn't pay any of us to do so.

I gave this to my father in law to sample as he is the beer drinker in our house. This is is review: Enjoyed the fresh crisp taste of a brewed beer lager, and could not discern the lack of alcohol. There is also a hop aftertaste which you would expect from a German brewed beer.

This lager tasted much better than I expected for a 0.5% alcohol beer. Great colour. At 0.5% can i be sold in NZ as non alcoholic or as low alcohol? Just a question. I'll add this beer to my beer fridge :)
