Ceylon Bold is bright and strong and perfect with milk. With 3 gram per teabag this is our strongest tea yet (usually 2g or 2.4g). Like the majestic elephants of Sri Lanka it’s a balance of bold and beautiful with that distinct Ceylon brightness. Like all our teas, Ceylon Bold also celebrates that a minimum 15% of pre-tax profits in Sri Lanka are directed to both Dilmah Conservation and our MJF Charitable Foundation to support projects such as the Elephant Transit Home which cares for orphaned baby elephants, to rehabilitate them back into a family and to take their first bold steps back into the wild again.

Love the strong flavour. Dilmah has been our go-to tea brand for many years both in bags and leaf form and it's always consistent.

I had to rely on my tea drinking hubby for this review. Bold black tea is his go to - without milk! Unfortunately he is not fussed on this tea. Not as strong as other Bold tea brands that he has daily. However he will finish the whole pack of teabags without complaining :)

+ PROS: Nice packaging and big robust tea bags without tags - no rips or tears is great. Nice touch to see that Dilmah is supporting baby elephants
- CONS: Taste is not as strong as other bold teas

Not my...cup of tea, unfortunately. I found this too too dark, strong, 'dirty'. Nice packaging though and very good to see Dilmah is supporting orphaned elephants with purchase.
