This was not immediately obvious whether this is a ready-to-eat product or a pre-mixed product to add to another food. It is overloaded with sodium (855mg per serving) and has a bland taste, possibly because it was mostly made with a cheap ingredient (pasta).

- CONS: Pretty tasteless, high sodium content.

I really enjoyed this product. Just the right amount for a quick and tasty lunch. A good amount of chili without being overpowering. Did not have the artificial or packaged taste that so many heat & eat meals seem to have. I am not a vegetarian but would definitely buy again.
