Love the taste of this - the 7% gerkin flavour comes through and makes it sing. We bought it before it's best by date of 14th September and are still using the final little bit on the 15th November. It has been kept in the fridge. Certainly better than making or buying humus and having to chuck it after a few days in the fridge. Just not as healthy with all the preservatives, acidity regulators, stabilisers and antioxidants!
