Just purchased this wholemeal bread. It felt like a sand texture in the mouth after swallowing. I found it crumbled up when I made a sandwich. Sorry but I hated it.
I find the wholemeal gf bread the softest out of all the gf breads. I definitely recommend this to newly diagnosed coeliac.
