liked the silkiness and taste of this product. I used in my Thai curry that I overspiced and needed to cool down. Would also use in mashed potatoes and bakes. Need to stir before using.

going to be honest, it's coconut milk, which I use in curries so once it's mixed in it does the same job no matter the brand. If this product is cheaper than the others it'll get bought above the others.
