I love these noodles. I put them in soups. They don’t go mushy once cooked so they add texture to whatever dish you put them in.
I really like these for a healthier option in a stir fry. I generally go for lower carb options and this was perfect for me. They are different than your usual noodle but that didn’t worry me.
So easy to cook and versatile. I like the texture of dry and firm, does not become soft and gooey. Great in a salad.
These are delicious. I substituted these instead of udon noodles in stirfry and they worked perfectly. Also a great noodle addition to Pad Thai. Super easy to cook too. A new staple in our house.

Our daughter in law cooked these up for us as part of an asian fusion meal, the were reasonably tasty with the sauce, but a bit bland without. I will buy them again to try with something else.

Interesting taste; the flavour is a bit different to what I'm used to but I would happily try it again and experiment with different ingredients to come up with a preferred way of preparing it.

The problem I have with other reviews is that people seem to be basing them by making comparisons to other products, not allowing this to stand on its own. No, these are not the same as the pasty starch 'noodles' that the everyday consumer is acquainted with, these are a unique product on their own. As such I am happy to consider these noodles on their own merits. I was impressed with the ease of preparation (I would suggest salting the water) and the volume that resulted. One packet will last a lot of meals. I was also particularly impressed with the comparatively low carb count that makes a small serving quite acceptable to a Keto or low-carb/diabetic regime. I found the flavour and texture to be full and pleasant and they went very well with a bolognaise style dish. I will definitely be buying these in future.

as with the endemene noodles these cook very fast and can go gluggy so be careful not to over cook the other thing is the colour can transfer to the other items in the dish you are cooking it with so can make the dish look less then appertising
I loved these. Firstly, they look interesting being black but the nutty texture and high protein content with the versatility of the flavour - I had mine in place of spaghetti with pork meatballs- was a huge win for me. I would love to try the edamame flavour and would definitely love to purchase these soon as well as recommend them!

These were surprisingly soo delicious!!! Easy to prepare and when thrown in with my Malaysian curry - it was perfect. I normally use vermicelli noodles but these were so much nicer and soaked up the juices. They have definitely been added to my grocery list!!

Cooked for exactly 3 mins, the texture is similar to an al dente noodle. Not a great dish on it's own, but soaks up flavour really well so made an excellent addition to stir fry. Good source of healthy protein..

These were SO EASY to make, and had a much nicer consistency that gluten free pasta. They retained their shape, looked great and tasted amazing. Honestly, 3 minutes immersed in water, drained and they were good to go. A pleasant nutty sort of taste. Also good in a chilled noodle salad. Top marks: loved them.

Was a little skeptical but these are so yum! We try to eat one plant based meal a week so these arrived just in time. I have to say, the whole family loved them. I put them with a stir-fry for a quick and easy meal and no complaints from anyone. Packaging is nice and bright + since we already buy a few products from the Trident brand, we'll definitely be looking to add these to our shopping list in future.

I really enjoyed this product! I substituted these into a sesame chicken dish and it took it to another level! Really tasty and filling. Would def buy again!
Not sure. Made pork stir fry and added like I would other noodles (after soaking). May be I need to soak longer. There were lots left over. Not sure if I’d buy again.
