Love peanut slabs, wasn’t overly fussed about this. Wasn't a fan of the peanuts as I found the ice cream makes them a bit soggy/soft! Chocolate and chocolate ice cream still tasted good though!

I developed an addiction to Whittaker's PB Slabs when I arrived in NZ in 1982. I managed to control it after 6 months. So I consider myself a PB Slab expert. The PB Slab ice cream was pretty darn good on the whole. I thought my first bar could have done with more peanuts and chocolate chunks. However my subsequent bars seemed to have lots of chocolate chunks and more peanuts. Great overall chocolate ice cream. Very satisfying. Why did they stop making them? It's like if you died and went to heaven, Eskimo Pies would all taste like PB Slab ice cream!

Lovely icecream, however a tad sweet for me, I still enjoyed it though, probably wouldn't be my first choice due to the sweetness.

The chocolate is lovely like a peanut slab but I think the ice cream doesn't match that well. It needs to be more creamy and decadent for the type of chocolate.

It has the beautiful taste of Whittaker’s chocolate but I wasn’t a fan of the peanuts through the ice cream, perhaps having them chopped would have been better.

Purchased this during lockdown from local dairy it was $4 50 very decedent and Chocolatey was rich in flavor a great take on the traditional Whittakers Peanut Slab

😋 Yummy. I loved the ice cream and that it tasted like the original bar. The only thing if I had to be picky was I noticed for me there seem to be more peanuts in there. A little less would have been nicer. Still a great eat!

Tried it as I love Whittakers and a good old peanut slab. It was ok as far as the creaminess of icecream go but lacked in chocolate flavour. A good size. I was satisfied but would prefer another type of icecream treat instead so wouldn’t buy again.

Pretty tasty, lots of peanuts! Was not disappointed in the flavour. Thought it would have been better if they'd (Whittaker's) had partnered with a NZ ice-cream company though.

I waited a full 2 weeks for my local dairy to get them back in stock! So worth the wait. The creamy Whittaker’s chocolates surrounding the delicious tip top chocolate ice cream and the peanut crunch was the most divine combo!

A very yummy ice cream bar. The only thing i would change is, instead of whole peanuts which are a bit tough to bite in to since they are frozen, i would suggest using chopped nuts instead (and more of them ;) )

We searched everywhere for one of these and when we finally found one it didn’t disappoint. Tasted exactly like a peanut slab. The chocolate and ice cream were in true Whittaker’s creamy form.
