Great addition to the pantry for a quick tasty Mexican meal without lots of dishes to wash up. Not too spicy. Good shelf life

Just the right amount of spice which is saying something as I do not like spicy food at all. My husband felt it could be marginally spicier.

The messaging on this product is very 'busy'. I found it very difficult to read the writing on the rear of the pouch. The size and colour of the font made the writing difficult to read. The front of the pouch is uninspiring. I know what rice looks like. Perhaps something to invoke happiness or family times would be better. I struggled to be inspired to open the pouch. Eventually I did and was pleasantly surprised. The colour and vision of the product looked good. The taste to me lacked seasoning. I added some salt but something is missing. Cumin, or some flavour spice. The spiciness was ok; I like spicy food but my guests may not. I'd buy it again and would add flavouring next time.

I don't like these rice packs to start with, as I think they're bland. This one was no different, however once I added extra salt it was actually really nice. I think it would probably be delicious as a side. It is medium level spicy so don't try this if you don't like spicy stuff.
