Doesn't taste or have the texture of a parmesan at all. This is a soft slightly tangy cheddar, but I could get cheddar for much cheaper.

+ PROS: Is a fine tasting cheese
- CONS: Is not parmesan as far as I can tell.

Just here because I googled this cheese after being baffled at how bad it was only to find a 4.2 star rating and 45 times the number of positive reviews as it’s nearest competitor. Suspicious.

+ PROS: -If I was being optimistic I’d say it’s a charming impersonation from someone who’s never tried Parmesan. -Nice packaging - fooled me
- CONS: - Tastes horrible - Not a hard cheese -cuts easily with butter knife - No rind - probably just sliced off a mega block in the shape of a triangle - If I was being cynical I’d say the makers of this cheese almost definitely have tried Parmesan, know how to make it and are just trying to flog you a cheaper “tangy” cheddar. - All of these positive reviews have made me doubt my sanity

Big fan of parmesan cheese - usually buy the pre-grated packs because I've found sometimes blocks are a bit flaky. This was perfect.

Not my favourite. I’m used to, and like, a flakier consistency. The flavour was ok.

Quite a nice parmesan. Tasty, maybe not as strong as other Italian Parmesans. Quite OK though, enjoyed it.

Not a bad option, grates well and melts into a sauce perfectly. It's the quantity I find problematic due to packaging and being waste conscious etc.

Nice enough cheese but not a proper Parmesan. Had the texture of Colby cheese and wasn’t hard and although the flavour was quite enjoyable, it wasn’t what you’d associate with Parmesan or with the expected Parmesan bite.

Packaging was lovely, I'm guessing the small size is a sampler? The website looks good, but $11 for 70gm is outrageous if that is the price. It is a very mild parmesan, I like my parmesan with a real kick

Really loved this parmesan as not hard it was a lot softer and easier to grate and a tasty addition to my bolognese. Would purchase again !
