I added cooked chicken, mushrooms, spring onions to this, very tasty lunch. I would not eat it by itself

Didn’t enjoy the flavour very much. Was a bit chewy. Definitely wouldn’t eat on its own. But was ok with my fried rice. Just not for me, maybe an squired taste

Enjoyable rice. Easy and quick to prepare.

What a great product to have on hand. I made a stir fry with a range of veges and chipotle marinated venison. It was so simple to use and I really enjoyed the taste and texture of the red rice.

This was the base for a delicious rice salad side dish that was ready in a flash. I added corn, red pepper, spring onion and a dressing and the family loved it. I will always have a couple of these in the pantry for a quick healthy addition to meals
