A nice product but we just don't buy tissues

A nice product that I would consider changing brand for.

A smaller pack that’s fits in a handboag would be great

A soft tissue that doesn’t irate nose and skin is important to me, these tissues don’t have that. I really like the colour. Fragrance needs to be stronger. We are a family of 5 so need a larger pack of tissues. These are the reasons I will not swap from Kleenex.

A very durable and strongly scented tissue that made all the difference with my cold. Normally I'll end up with a raw nose from all the rubbing, but this tissue was strong and soft enough for that not to be an issue. A very good product that's suitable for the whole family - the toddler wasn't able to tear it to pieces after a small use which was brilliant!

Absolutely loved these tissues however the scent does fade very quickly once bok is opened. Please do not make flushable tissues or tissues that survive the washing machine. That would be so bad for the environment.

Accidentally put the tissue through the wash in a pocket. It held together much better than other tissue paper. Since broke up but the pieces were larger meaning it wasn’t on EVERYTHING

After using the box for a couple of days the strength of the last few tissues smell was much less

Again this came just as I was getting over a cold and they felt like silk on my nose compared to the Pam's ones (and toilet paper) that I was using all week

Again timely receiving as I had a cold, felt nice on the nose and a subtle freshness. They were nice and thick. The only reason why I wouldn't support a tissue that survived the washing machine as it would have some sort of plastic in it and am totally not for more plastic and our environment.

Again with a cold coming on these were great for helping to clear nose to ease the blocked feeling.

Again, arrived on the first day of a headcold so was a well welcomed surprise! I only use eucalyptus tissues when sick

Already buy sorbent tissues. Not so keen on the menthol as a daily tissue but they're great if you've got a cold. 99% of the time I wouldn't buy menthol.

Although I initially thought that there was no smell due to a very blocked nose, once my nose was a bit clearer it was definetly a nice pleasant smell and I stashed these next to me bed so I didn't have to share them

Although this was a good tissue, I prefer Kleenex as it's stronger and the aloe one is softer - especially when you have a cold and need to blow your nose a lot.

Always buy absorbent tissues, but didn't really like these ones, color was awful and wasn't really strong flavor

Definitly would not want to hear about tissues that survive the wash... sooo many go down the toilet, cultural mentality has taught us they're a highly disposible item, i think its irresponsible to creat ones that just last forever and dont biodegrade quickly... the world has way too much waste already!!hey can survive a wash

Apart from aroma, it was a general fail... Not made in NZ. Green colour (what were you thinking?!). Very dated opening tab shape (yes that does matter). And I can see why you say "there's more to a tissue than just softness", because they aren't soft at all. Sorry, not my cuppa tea.

Are tissues not flushable?

As I suffer from sinus, I will certainly be buying this product again. The Eucalyptus & Menthol is great for clearing sinuses.

At my home we prefer a larger tissue box, and would likely purchase boxes with 120-200 tissues per box.

Came at the right time. Runny nose and blocked after using tissues I felt I could smell after the freshness of menthol.

cannot beat the Aloe one for persistant runny noses and not getting raw, but did like the refreshing scent

Caught a cold when the Black Box turned up - the tissues didn't help at all. Was disappointed unfortunately but maybe I was hoping for a miracle. Box and tissue colour was good though.

Found I could taste the Eucalyptus and this put me off using this tissue on its own. Would use occassionally for stuffy nose.

Going by feedback from my husband who used when he had a cold they weren't strong enough. Also he found it left menthol on his hands which got into his eyes when he rubbed them. Even though he knew to be careful when unwell he found he did it naturally and got frustrated with it.

Great tissues - nice and refreshing to use especially in the midst of having a cold. The best thing about these tissues is that they're hardy. My kids have a tendency to leave them in the pockets and they go through the wash. With other tissue brands its an absolute mess but these tissues were intact - such a bonus so is why I will definitely buy in the future! Great stuff - thanks for letting us try. Hae never been a fan of coulured aromatic tissues but now having tried these I found the aroma quite soothing (still not keen on coloured though) I'd not like to see flushable varieties as think too much goes down our toilets currently but would buy other aromatics especially Lavendar as these would be most soothing

hardly any smell even with crushing, so you shouldn't be marketing it as having a strong scent. nice and soft though, but not worth a premium price.

I am a regular Kleenex Aloe purchaser, gentle on the nose, particularly when I have a cold or flu. I have found Kleenex to be softer than other tissues generally, but the Paseo texture is great and feels quite duarable.

I am a school teacher and often buy tissues for my classroom. I will go cheap if it’s for other people’s use. Happy to spend more for my own use

I am allergic to eucalyptus so my partner has used them. Love the colour so would buy if it didn’t have the eucalyptus small

I am in love with the duck egg blue color - Sorbent really did good on this. I was after that bathroom accessory that spoke classic and sophistication for our B&B and this did it

I buy the sorbet eucalyptus tissues fortnightly. I have thought about buying this when I see it in the store but because of the quantity never have. I’m so glad I got this in the blackbox and recently having some really cold weather. I love love this product and will buy this in the future. It is super soft, calming and strong. One of the best products in the blackbox for sure !

I buy tissues that are gentle on my nose as I find a lot of tissues are like sandpaper and I get cold sores. Didn't notice the smell as much and not a fan of the colour however they are soft which is great.

I don't usually get ills and chills, but funnily enough I got a few sniffels as this box turned up. I loved the smell and the fact that it was only when crushed that the smell came out. Meant I could take them in my bag and crush them when needed. Would def buy these again and keep a pack under the bathroom sink

I find that eucalyptus makes me sneeze which is not a good concept in a tissue as that's why I need one anyway. I sneezed as soon as I opened the black box and once I saw the packaging I knew why!

I find the green colour a bit strange. Also wonder what extra dyes are used to create the green colour.

I found that these tissues were not suitable for wiping your eyes, I found the product was irritating to them and when I use tissues I want to use them for both my eyes and nose. I found the tissue painful on the nose when I had a bad cold

I found the tissue to be really rough, when you have snotty toddlers and wiping every 10-20mins a softer feeling tissue is needed

I found them a bit scratchy and they didn't retain the smell for long. I buy aloe vera tissues and whichever is the cheapest.

I found there was absolutely no scent with these tissues. I found them to be not very soft so not very comfortable to use and I hated the colour!!!

I generally choose select tissues as they are the most cost effective for large tissues however I buy sorbent when on speical.

I generally don't buy scented tissues, but this was nice, if I had a cold or felt congested I would buy these. I wouldn't buy this as an everyday tissue

I generally only buy tissues on price. These tissues were a nice treat and I liked the fragrance but I did find that it kind of stung my eyes and nose that were sensitive with the flu. I did enjoy the luxury feel of them though and would buy if price was right.

I go by price, brand and smell when I buy tissues, if this was the most cost effective I would definitely buy first. I also found myself initially slightly shocked with the colour of the tissue - but I quite liked it!

I guess to me, a tissue is a tissue! Flushable definitely is appealing.

The question in the survey about what innovations/features I'd like wasn't very helpful. I am not really interested in any of those features. My biggest concern is sustainability. I want to know they have come from a sustainable source and don't contain any plastic/synthetic materials

I have never seen colour tissues before - was expecting them to be the usual white, so that was a nice surprise. The smell coming off them as i blew my nose was great to help unblock my stuffy nose much faster. I will defintly consider buying these tissues in the chillier winter months...if the price is right.

I havent had to buy tissues for a while. I think it would be great to see a more sustainable option in future from Sorbent. Not a fan of the flushable idea as I know that they never work as they say they work (have visited waste water treatment plants)

I like Kleenex Aloe tissues the best as they feel much softer on my nose, particularly when I am blowing it alot.

I like sorbant tissues, I prefer the regular it seems more natural. I don’t think tissues that survive the wash or wet wipes sound environmentally friendly so u don’t think they are good ideas sorry

I like that they are green so they stand out from normal tissues - and you know not to wipe your eyes with them! Also it's just nice to have a change from standard white tissues. I usually put olbas oil on tissues for my daughter to sniff when she has a blocked nose, so it is convenient to have these already infused but I do wonder how long they stay 'strong' once opened? Also my daughter goes through a ridiculous amount of tissues when she's unwell, so as much as I liked the product I'd probably stick to any brand of soft facial tissues in a much bigger pack size and use olbas oil just when needed (at bedtime). I haven't compared them side by side to Kleenex brand eucalyptus tissues but from memory I do think Sorbent ones are stronger infused.

I like that this product is 100% plastic free. I did find the green colour rather disconcerting and I thought the menthol smell would be stronger.

I like the idea of scented tissues and find that menthol/eucalyptus help to clear the nose but personally I find the scent makes your nose feel like it’s running when actually it is (the cooling feeling it creates)

I like the idea of these types of things being ethically sourced and being able to return to earth without harming it this would be a good selling point

I like the tissues and my 15m old son allows me to use them on his face which is great. I like the packaging and the bright colour of the tissues...its a nice change from the standard white.

I like this product they're unique and I would consider purchasing in the worst of a cold. It is not something I purchase often. A pocket sized pack would be great/convenient.

I liked that the tissue was tough and infused with menthol and eucalyptus. Would like the tissue to be from a sustainable source and the menthol and eucalyptus to be derived from natural sources.

I liked the concept of these, however found them difficult to obtain the benefits from the. At first, i scrunched the tissue and didnt think i could smell anything. Then i really really scrunched the tissue and started to smell the aroma. So, i thought that i had to scrunch the tissue with way to much force to release the aroma. I am 6 ft and have good strength in my hands, so wondered how an old lady who may be less than half my size would get on with these. I got a cold and found them nice to use and they stayed together really well.

I liked the feel of these tissues but I do not like purchasing anything with fragrance or colour in it. I would purchase the non-scented brand over these ones. If they were fragranced with essential oils I would definitely buy them.

I love the minty feeling. I especially like when I crush it and it will release a burst of Menthol with Eucalyptus. So I can use it not just when I feel sick e.g., having a blocked nose. I can use anytime I want e.g., if I don't want the minty feeling, I just don't crush it. Love it.
