Ryvita Thins Flatbread – Caramelised Onion / Cheddar & Cracked Pepper / Chilli

All the flatbreads in the packet were broken. The pepper taste was moorish, loved but wished there was more cheese to balance it

Although it is suggested that they are great for dipping - when you do dip them, they break alot, so we broke the flatbread into smaller bits to dip it.

An interesting change to the normal crackers I get...the pepper has a bit of a kick so definitely need a topping to dull that kick!

I found the flatbreads I bought complimented the homemade hummus I make. The flavour of the bread enhanced the taste of the garlic humus which needs to be paired with a light but tasty flatbread/cracker.

I hardly got my hands on it before my son was into them. Loved them dry as a snack for school

I hated the pacakging on this item the most. To access the flat bread you had to remove from the box, remove plastic wrap (so freshness was no longer sealed in) and then put it all back once finished. It would have been alot easier to be able to draw the crackers straight out from the box but the black tray prevents this. Caramelized onion which we have tried before is a far nicer flavour.

I have Arnott's Cruskits for lunch at work. I'll buy Ryvita Thins now. They're strong and hold a good amount of food.

I tried the cheddar and black pepper flavour and I did not enjoy the flavour. The pepper was so overpowering and there was no cheese flavour. I tried them with cheese and cucumber and found them a good thickness for using in a platter.

I was pleasantly surprised. these were nice and crisp and had good flavour and worked well with the dip I had. It would be good to have them in packaging that allowed them to be reclosed, but not go soggy. Not sure the plastic tray for them is needed there is alot of packaging to get rid of.

I would add this to my dip platers and put out for snacks for kids and adult friends. Our household likes our crackers with cheeses, dips and also as an alternative to a sandwich having toppings on our crackers. The family loved these.

Suggestions: Adding more flavours that do not contain animal derived ingredients and working on packaging to reduce the amount and utilising the home compostable materials that are available these days.

Super yum but maybe make in a smaller cracker? They split in the package package when you bite them too, smaller size could make that easier to manage?

Take care not to make too long otherwise they break easily when topped.

Taste great on its own and with hummus.

Tasty! A bit spicy!! Our 8 year old loved these & asked to have them in her lunchbox. The only drawback was that many of the things were broken into pieces.

The cheddar and pepper flavour was completely overpowered by the pepper which made the cracker on its own not very nice. But with a topping (part of a platter) it’s was much more bearable. Nice thickness for a cracker.

The cheese flavor tasted a bit commercial and not natural but the hubby enjoyed dipping them in his favorite relish.

The cracked pepper flavour had far too much pepper in them. Was at points too overpowering and almost unbearble to eat. Less pepper and I'm sure they would be just fine. Definitely on the dry side if you are not having some sort of dip with them.
