Rana makes quality pasta! While this is not my favourite filling of their range, the filling is smooth and tasty. The pasta itself is beautifully fresh with a perfect 'bite' and not heavy and over thick like some brands. I found it really nice to eat with creamy smoked havarti, fresh herbs and a little seasoning, but I'm sure it would stand up to a variety of sauces.
