A great combination. Really liked it.

A great idea to get on top of a cold when you feel it coming!

A little hard to judge as havent been sick , a little hard to know how effective it is

Adult male only one to have taken these, as he did feel a cold coming on. It did not eventuate in to much which it often does as he asmatic, so we can presume it was because he took these pills

After receiving our BlackBox I did get a cold and used them. They may have helped but it is hard to say as I very rarely get colds or flu.

After using this product I am keen to continue to try and avoid the viruses around

Again just in time for flu season. All gone and now a staple in our medicine kit

Amazingly I did actually get a really bad cold a week after receiving my black box, so I got to try the product, however while Im sure it didnt hurt (I liked the naturalness of the product) it appeared to have no effect. On day 3 of my cold I resorted to Demazin brand cold tablets, and felt immediately better

As a naturopath and herbalist, i liked the formulation. I liked the day night concept and thought this was good. I dont usually buy pharmacy herbal products, however now that i have seen this formula, i would be happy to recommend it to people.

as chance would have it, hubby came down with a cold just a couple of days after receiving Blackbox. He took Ethics Natural relief but can't say for certain if it helped or not

At the time of receiving this product my daughter was in the middle of a cold. I suggested she take some but was put off by the size of the tablets. She is 11. I started taking them on the onset of a cold and they appeared to help with fighting it.

Came along when I was suffering from viral laryngitis. Found it actually helped support a good nights sleep & aided thru the day. I had been sceptical previously so was surprised by its effectiveness

Coincidentally we did have colds when we received this and my husband used this product and did feel less effects from the illness than we did, so it will be kept in mind for future use.

Coincidently we spent long weekend in queenstown and both came back with terrible colds so we actually got to use this for a real cold. I'm not one for taking pain killers at all so the fact this is more natural was encouraging and gave us the relief needed to get through the night.

Concerned that it mentions allergy to asprin, but does not appear to have asprin in it. Knowing that a lot of 'natural' products have counterindications when using regular medications (eg heart meds) I am hesitant to use this sort of thing or recommend it to someone else. If I happened to be ill during the course of teh Black Box campaign, I might have tried it, but I'd be sure to have proper medical cold & flu remedy available and would be discussing with a pharmacist.

Confused about when to use it - when you are already ill

Confused by this. Couldn't actually tell if it was to take when you had a cold, or to try and prevent it. I don't think I would buy these but can see they would be good for people who use these types of drugs.

First time I have seen anything like this product, we dont suffer from cold usually, we receive flu injection and that seems to work well for us

For my kids I would still use an immune support that dissolves in water to drink, but for me the night version was very good (a pitty there were only 6 nights in the package)

For some odd reason i have not been hit with a cold yet this winter season and i am waiting for it to.hit me hard as being a mother to 3 school age kids i usually get bombarded with all sorts of germs. I love the ingredients in these and like the fact that it is natural. If i feel something coming on i can see for myself how well these really work!

Fortunately we did not need to try this yet. I couldn't really answer these questions. I found the box misleading, as it says 18 day 6 night. I would think there is enough for 18 days and 6 nights from this

Found that the tablets are way to big, especially for someone who hates taking tablets.

I also found them quite difficult to swallow as they are huge. I probably wouldn't bother buying this in the future and may just stick to a cheaper multivitamin.

I actually had a cold coming on and a very important event coming up the weekend after I received this sample in my black box. I figured I had nothing to lose so I started taking it and I think it was the reason why the cold never fully developed! I sailed through the weekend and never got the full blown cold that other members of my team were struck down with, so I’ve been recommending it. The only flaw for me was the size of the capsules are pretty intimidating!

I am not sure if it was the circumstances. I had a severe cold while at a funeral and the tablest didn't appear to be effective and stop the cold which I had for 2 weeks or could have been that I was away and under stress

I am pregnant and have cleared by my LMC that it is safe to take this product. I am so happy to have found something that I can take which is safe to use during pregancy. In the past I have used Viralex which worked really well.

I am unsure if it worked because prior to using this brand I was using the go healthy brand.

I answered yes to this but could not try at time of survey as 2 teenage boys and parents healthy at the moment.

I believe the tablets worked, the night ones were good but the day ones have you a long lasting after taste of garlic. Not nice when you work with people.

I bought a box just before I received a box in black box .it was perfect timing as both me and my hubby got sick. I found it great. It enabled me to keep working and looking after my family. Very happy as I did not have to take a day off work. I’m a person who doesn’t like to take a lot of pills so these worked well when I really needed them. My hubby likes to take pills for any pain so I don’t think they were as effective for him. He did still take a day off work. I would buy again. Thanks

I came back from holiday with a cough and stuffy nose. I tried this product but still didn't get better for a few days. It did help with the symptoms and I love the natural ingredients.

I can't honestly say that this helped. I started feeling a cold coming on and I still got it as one of the worst ones I've had on ages.

I can't review this product properly as I did have a cold when receiving the blackbox I had an allergic reaction and are yet to determine if this product was what caused it. I will try again next cold and see what happens.

I couldn't quickly and easily tell from the packaging whether this is supplement to take to boost immunity in general or at times when you are unwell. This is something that Ethics should look into further. I also didn't find it easy to distinguish between day and night capsules as they are all brown. Nobody in my family has fallen sick since I received my Black box, so we could not really trial the effectiveness of these pills. I did take these for a couple of days and did not it to be of little difference.

I didn't try this product, as while studying the box to try and figure out what it was supposed to do (which it didn't actually say!!!), I noticed that it said not to take it if you are allergic to Aspirin...I have an reaction to Aspirin, so I studied it some more to try and figure out where the Aspirin was...I didn't actually say that it had Aspirin in it...So then I got on to Google, and found out that Willow Bark is the natural form of Aspirin. It is lucky that I studied the package so carefully, as if I had tried this product, I would have been quite unwell, wondering what was medically wrong with me! I think the packaging was misleading, and it didn't have enough information on what the product was actually supposed to do.

However this reached us at the right time as were having a terrible viral thing going through us. I took these for 3 days and am not sure that I noticed any difference but it is impossible to know. I did love that they were tasteless and easy to swallow (although my youngest did not think they were easy!) I love the natural aspect and the concept of having day and night support. I would advise people about this product as an option for them but probably wouldn't be something I would buy for myself/my family.

I felt like the direction of the product was confusing. I would use it as an immune support to try and fight off a cold but I wouldn't use it as a medicine to make me feel better.
