A non-event! I was expecting something tasty and maybe a bit like KFC. Absolutely boring, not much flavour, did not result in a really crusty savoury coating when cooked. I used it exactly as instructed, nothing Southern US about it. I would give it a quarter star if possible only because I am feeling generous
