Too moorish for its own good. Easy to bite into, not too sweet and oh the chocolate bits. Like a meal on its own with a strong cup of coffee on a cold wet afternoon.

Such an enjoyable biscuit. So much nicer than the 'ordinary' biscuit.

Well that was a surprise! In a good way. Loved the texture and the choc ratio to cookie. It wasn't dry and crumbly at all -which is kind of how it looked. Great for tramping goodness (doesn't crumble when packed and moved and tossed around...). Too big for a tea and bikky type snack but I'll be keeping it in mind for the next track.
