Safe to say, the lemon, lime and bitters club was getting a bit of a members-only vibe. We decided it was high time to shake things up. So we chucked the lemon, kept the unmistakeable tartness of lime and angosturo bitters, but introduced a fresh burst of mandarins to the mix. Smells like Johnny’s just peeled open a juicy one, right in the middle of the club. It’s a wake up call to the tradition brigade.
Mac’s Sodas are proudly made in New Zealand and have 40% less sugar than leading soft drinks.

These are so refreshing, this is great on its own with a bit of ice or as a mixer with white rum, Vodka or Gin. Since getting this to try in the black box I have brought it several times. Just love the Madrin taste.

Mandarin lime and bitters was a bit of an odd taste that I could not get used to by the end of the bottle.

Refreshing and different alternative drink at BBQs parties and save on glasses.

+ PROS: Macs brand bottles in soda form is a nice way for non-alcohol drinkers to feel included at a function.

Really nice to have in the fridge on a hot arvo or to take to a bbq for a non alc option.

+ PROS: Good to have different flavours than normal fizzy drinks.
- CONS: A little too sweet. No screw lid so you can’t have half and have the rest later

YUM!!! This was such a delicious and refreshing drink. So much so, bought two more packs after I first tried it. I like how it contains 40% less sugar too.

Refreshing non alcoholic drink. Great as an alternative to cider or beer perhaps

+ PROS: Liked the “bitter” flavour and convenient bottle size and easy open lid.
- CONS: Tasted a bit like it contained artificial sweeteners. Could be more citrusy.

Very refreshing, I didn’t love the first mouthful but the more I had the better it got.

+ PROS: Different to your normal non alcoholic drink
- CONS: Not sure I would choose it over drinks to purchase (ie lemon lime bitters, feijoa or gingerbeer)

it’s nice taste. I have to say I will choose one bottle of lemon lime and Mandarin lime instead of two bottle of lemon lime

I loved the addition of mandarin instead of lemon. It was a subtle mandarin taste which I loved. The flavors were well balanced. And the other thing that was really nice about it, is that it is not super sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness I believe. I would definately buy this, if I wanted a refreshing carbonated drink. Yum !

OMG the flavour is something to give a big high five for. Just like their pineapple one (which I have not been able to buy again as I have not seen it up for sale since) it is so addictive once you take a sip you can't stop until it is all gone to the very last drop. I have seen it up for sale but never brought it as the wording of bitters always put me off thinking it would be bitter tasting. I will be going out and buying this great drink to have for summer and Christmas drinks mixer. I am giving it a 5-star for flavour but please fix the hard to get off and dangerously sharp lids.

Really enjoyed the Mandarin Lime and Bitters ... really unique and different taste ... very refreshing! I'd buy this if it were on sale, it comes in slightly below Lemon Lime and Bitters for me, and about equal with Ginger Beer.

Macs have created a dreamy surprise…. Expecting lemon cos of the traditional but you get a mandarin aroma and the taste is refreshing - the mandarin aftertaste is good too

Great flavour and very refreshing. Would've never brought it in the shop because I am not a huge manadrin fan but it was really delicious. Would buy it again.
