Ginger beer is a great New Zealand tradition. But unfortunately, it’s a tradition which frequently involved something that came in large, fizzy drink bottles and had a propensity to explode because your auntie used too much sugar. Mac’s Ginger Beer on the other hand is crafted with the ideal balance between sweetness and spiciness. The result is Ginger Beer made by Kiwis for Kiwis, that’s more refreshing than a trip down the water slide on a scorching hot summer’s day.

This was beyond my expectations. Very tasty, not too strong and didn't leave a dry taste in my mouth afterwards like other ginger beer tends to do. Will be the only brand i buy from here on in

Really good ginger beer, great taste and enjoy the price point compared to other ginger beers.

+ PROS: Strong ginger flavour with out an over powering sugar taste
- CONS: Tasted a little bit flat and cap meant that when I forgot to tip the bottle upside down I had to put my thumb over the top

Always a fan of Mac's!

+ PROS: Refreshing taste. Textured glass bottle is easy to hold and means less plastic waste.
- CONS: Tasted a little flat, could have been fizzier. Personally prefer a stronger ginger taste.
