I was actually surprised at the flavor I have not had cereal in years and 5min ago I had another bowl .The vanilla malt flavor is definately tasty and not much sugar in this cereal at all

+ PROS: Tasty Less sugar Not artificial sweeteners 20% protein and vit and minerals
- CONS: High carbs 63.5g but it's the same as some really healthy cereals
