This fabulously delicious sauce has sadly disappeared from New Zealand supermarket shelves. As natural and perfectly balanced as a hand made sauce by a top chef, Kato Hollandaise Classic sauce had always been the perfect pairing for poached eggs, new potatoes, asparagus, or pork loin with spinach. This sauce is sadly missed and the sauces that have taken its supermarket spaces (vegan aioli and sriracha mayo) are no replacement at all.
