Added to a pasta dish...okay for a filler as such but was quite oily when heated through and not as spicy as expected.

+ PROS: Quick and convenient.
- CONS: Expensive for a small pack. Quite a lot of fatty oil came out when cooked in dish

Unfortunately in terms of chorizo this stuff is bland and boring. I tasted more fat than flavour and was disappointing. It's not worth sacrificing flavour for convenience.
