The kids didn't like these at all due to the synthetic taste of the flavouring. They much prefer plain porridge and adding some dates or bananas to it.

Fantastic product. My son plays hockey and has early morning practices during these cold winter mornings. I send him off with a flask of milk and one of these pouches and he makes his own breakfast at school after practice. Perfect to warm him up after a cold start to the day. He can't have lactose so the fact that it's just as good with lactose free milk is a bonus :)

We usually eat normal Harraways oats without any sugar and found these a bit too sweet. The recipe cook time was about 2 minutes too short. Will be trying the plain ones as the small packets are great for holidays etc. I love that your packaging is environmentally friendly and have popped it in the compost.

Lets take something healthy - good for lowering high cholesterol, excellent source of fibre and protein and add heaps of sugar and preservatives - and then top it off with single use plastic, which isn't recyclable. Harraways is my favourite porridge - but like all producers of these pointless pre flavoured packages - they just create more problems than they are worth.

Loved this porridge so much I went out and brought a box and silly me forgot to use my coupon oh well next time. The flavours are lovely but the honey one is a little sweet so added some frozen mixed berries for a little tartness perfect for a cold winters morning. Texture is great doesn't cook up lumpy and the flavour stays throughout the porridge right up to the last mouthful. Go out and bye a box these are so delightful.

Porridge is very popular with my son and I and we both thoroughly enjoyed the Harraways Quick Serve Oats. Its quick and easy to make and my son makes his own.

Great to keep as a back-up at work for those days where you just need something filling, tasty and warm. I find them a little sweet, but otherwise the texture and flavour is very good.

Have them to my mother in law as she loves her oats. Was much easier than her standing at the stove waiting at 6 am in the morning. Sure just added bananas and Microwaved then. Satisfied

Loved this product. I dont normally buy flavored single serve sachets but knowing they were conpostable was an absolute bonus. The taste was amazing.

Have always liked these ones as they have more in them. We have a handicapped son who eats them. But for some reason when they changed packaging and sizing I could not get them anymore in Gisborne. So we get Uncle Toby's brand. I have since looked a few times including last week at both Pak n Save and Countdown as they are the only supermarkets here and neither stock them anymore .

I tried the Vanilla and Berry Quick Serve Oat Sachets. I don't have a microwave but they were just as quick and easy to prepare on the stove. Topped with some boysenberries and chopped almonds, they were the perfect, tasty and warming start to my day. Perfect serving size and loved the compostable packaging!

A quick and easy breakfast to prepare. I tried the honey and golden syrup oats, very creamy however I found it a little sweet. Still enjoyable though.

Honey and Golden Syrup Oats Directions clear and easy to follow, 90 seconds cook time perfect length of time. Over powering on the Golden syrup which doesn’t allow the honey flavour to come through. Overall a nice consistency but too sweet.

I tried the Vanilla Berry and the honey golden syrup flavoured oats. I wouldn't buy the honey ones again, they were nice, but for me, the Vanilla berry ones were by far the winner. I loved them so much. Unfortunately out of stock at my local supermarket, but I'm looking forward to trying the other berry ones in the packet too.

Oats in winter - sign us up! These were a little sweeter than I'd expected but still absolutely delicious. The box showed up in time for our long weekend away so we took the sachets to whip up in the motel. So easy, so tasty and the perfect healthy breakfast for a cold winters day. We'll definitely look at buying these again in future, purely for the convenience and the taste.

I really enjoyed these oats, I prefer a dry oat so I added less liquid. They are quite sweet but I have a massive sweet tooth so we’re right down my alley! I topped with some Greek yoghurt which cut through the sweetness. The Berry Vanilla were my fav :)

Harraways berry I made this up with chocolate milk best breakfast ever added some extra frozen berries into it before popping into the microwave to cook it was so nice and filling great for this cold winters morning. I will certainly be heading into the supermarket for some more THANKS HARRAWAYS

Delicious porridge and so quick and easy when you are in a rush. The manuka honey flavoured seemed a little on the sweet side for me but would definitely try some of the other flavours as a great filling breakfast especially in the winter.

On the farm you don't often have the time or energy (or will to live after an early morning in the rain and cold) to spend time cooking...this is an absolutely delicious and filling go-to breakfast or any meal really. I like to add a dash of cream and maybe chop a little fruit as well into it. I haven't found a flavour yet of these that I didn't like.

Very convenient to take to work in the sachet, but find them quite dense and heavy compared to other brands.

Love the convenience of these oats. Hubby can grab one on the way out the door to have at work and Master 6 can make it easily himself. Would like them more myself if the texture wasn’t quite so fine but know it needs to be for them to be quick!

1st black box had harraways. So yummy I brought some today. I now have apple sultana and cinnamon and berry bononza. Theyare on the top shelf in the supermarket. Really easy for you kids to start making their own breakfast

All these flavours of sachet serves were delicious. Luxurious flavours. enjoyed how quick,simple and convenient these were as I have eaten Harraways Scotch Oats from large packet for many years. A staple in our house. Enjoyed creamy oaty consistency, loved apple flavour and biting into plump moist sultanas. Perfect level of sweetness as don't like too much sugar. Sachets be great for travelling, or take to work for quick healthy sustaining snack. Great product.

Already purchased as we loved these - delish and better portion size, espcially for my husband.

Although I’m not a huge fan of porridge, I found these sachets to be sickly sweet.

Although it's made from compostable material, I will still purchase the larger Harraways products. Which I love as Harraways never fails!

Although This product is really good the small size and the higher price still mean I will probably lean to purchasing the bigger bulk pack of plain oats and and my own flavourings.

Comparing Uncle Tobys to Harraways, Harraways seem more creamy, luxurious somehow. Good sized serving and tasty, not over powering flavours. I like to taste the actual porridge, which you can with these.

Following the sachet’s “jug” milk guideline made the oats for too wet and needed double the cooking time to thicken up

Great the packets are compostable. They were really sweet which would put me off buying. As these were individual sachets I couldn’t see the ingredients and whether extra sugar is added. The fruit content is sweet enough I think. Would only buy for convenience for holidaying or similar.

Harraways oat sachets are my favourite brand and have been purchasing them for a while now. My favourite flavour is the cranberry, coconut and chia. While I think they could be sweeter (I don't want to put sugar on top) I'd prefer more sugar wasn't added and instead would be interested in one sweetened with stevia. I tend to ad stevia powder to the mixture myself. I was dissapointed when the packets were reduced from 10 to 7 in a box - I would have preferred to pay a little more than have the number decreased. Harraways are far superior to the Uncle Tobys brand I feel.

Harraways oats are a lot more gluggy than Uncle Tobys, which my family is used to. Also the sodium content is higher.

HAve bought some already :) Really enjoyed the berry flavour and the apple one!

Have gas stove so real porridge with full oats in it takes one minute to cook. Sachets tastecartificial and not enough chewing involved.

Have got all our workers on to these when they are working out of town for an easy breakfast

Have put my elderly mum on to them as she has trouble keeping weight on but finds these easy to prepare and eat and she eats them even sometimes as an evening meal.

Have to be very careful with not putting too much liquid in at start otherwise becomes very thin & sloppy
