i had it as part of the cheese platter, and it was a straight hit with my food snob friend and he couldn't recommend highly of it, the flavor was amazing, the texture might be a bit soft for some's liking

We initially tried some of this as part of a cheese platter, and it was ok. BUT when I decided to melt it, it was divine! I will definitely buy this again and melt it to dip crackers etc into. Lots of flavour and deliciously gooey when melted.

Didn’t enjoy this one as much as others The taste flavour was too overpowering for me I am not a fan of blue cheese and I think because of that I couldn’t tolerate this one My partner loved it though

Great taste that was subtle and just the right balance of truffle flavour. the cheese had a wonderful creamy texture and was great with cracked pepper or plain crackers.

I really enjoyed this cheese. Nice texture and the Brie was subtle and did not override the truffle taste.

Love this cheese had to buy some as my black box one was not in an edible condition when arrived. The flavour is divine just enough flavour to keep you wanting the next bite melts beautifully in a Coliflour cheese bake

Really lovely texture to the brie, lovely flavour in the cheese itself. The truffle was a touch overwhelming personally but would like to trial it in a sauce like mac n cheese.
