Loved the herbal flavour. The children enjoyed it too with some lemon and honey.

I didn't really like the flavour; it was just a bit meh. Didn't really taste like anything, so I guess wasn't bad.

Did I steep the tea bag too long?! My heart was pounding in my chest and it took me ages to get to sleep. Once asleep, I did sleep soundly. Not sure what the ingredients are but would dare to suggest there's something in there that affects heart rates. I won't be risking drinking this again. Should there be a warning on the packet? The tea was a pleasant taste though.

Loved this it came in really helpful for a teen with growing pains. Was lovely to have something natural & soothing to offer her before bed.

A delicious tea that sat very nicely on the palette. The Sleep version definitely calmed the mind and all that trialed this flavour enjoyed every sip. Not the cheapest on the shelf, but would buy again.

+ PROS: Good flavour. Calming. Mid-price. Different assortments of leaves.
- CONS: None for us. We really enjoyed this product.

We are not herbal tea drinkers but tried the drink and found it pleasant in aroma and taste. I don't like sarsparilla and found it tolerable. Don't know if it helped with sleep as we are in the midst of sleep regression with the little one.

+ PROS: Pleasant drink will need to have more to realize the effects
- CONS: Can be too strong if steeped for too long.

Pretty decent so do give it a try. I am usually not a herbal sleep tea drinker but I was pleasantly surprised. Great taste and aroma.

+ PROS: Yummy taste. Good as a nice hot drink at night, especially as the winter months approaching. Good value for what it does.

Delicious! I have been looking for a great tasting sleep tea for a while, and this ticks all the boxes. It has a really nice flavour, and love that it is carbon neutral!

I tired a cup as soon as I opened the box. Lovely aroma to it & great taste. I prefer herbal teas either luke warm or cold this held it's taste throughout the cooling process

Had a cup before bed. Certainly could taste herbs and smell aroma as drinking. Was easy to drink, when retired for bed felt relaxed and actually had a good nights sleep, would definitely buy again.
