Tastes of precisely nothing. Not even a hint of flavour. A good alternative if you cannot eat tomato-based sauces but not good otherwise.

Adults in the family not big on pizza, but wow - it was amazing! red pizza sauce goodbye!!

+ PROS: Being pre-made it is so quick and easy Taste is authentic, and full of flavor! Spread on pizza bases or toast whatever is handy. If feeling lazy - spread, add grated cheese and bake/broil - nothing else is needed - best taste ever!
- CONS: Only con is, I can not find this product in bigger size like a 500g or 1 Liter.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOS!!! Used on pizza bases, bread rolls for an afternoon snack and on focaccia - all with mozzarella. Was a huge hit with the whole family. Was just like the local Italian places garlic and cheese focaccia. Price point is great 1 little does 3 standard pizza bases.

- CONS: Have to mash the garlic chunks for the kids pizza.

Perfect for pizza

+ PROS: Great and cheaper alternative to creme fraiche as a pizza base, perfect with pasta too. Taste was good as well
- CONS: If you’re not a garlic LOVER, there are big cloves of garlic in it

tasted ok, but the consistency was too runny and wasnt quite like a base more like a pasta sauce
