I believe fabric softener gunks up the machine. I have a guest staying who tips it down the powder shoot and it makes a god awful sticky sludge that does my head in!!! I tried these samples (correctly in the softener flap!) honestly i can't tell the difference!!!

I can't remember if I have seen an ad for this particular product, but I've seen ads for cuddly products and it's a brand I recognise and remember and that's what makes me look at their products first before other brands

I do not use fabric softener products as I worry about the fact the residue is left on your clothes (which it is supposed to be of course as that is the point). If I was to start buying fabric softener, I would probably buy this again, because the fragrance isnt too much and the feel on the towels I used it on was nice and not too greasy as I have found it to be with other more fragrant variants.

I enjoy using fabric softener and love how it makes my towels. I do have eczema and sensitive sking although fabric softener doesnt seem to effect it. The only issue I have is that for the volume of fabric softener the plastic bottles seem so bulky. This is a massive factor for me in regards to the environment and not purchasing to much plastic. I would love a better solution for this as I just refill my glass bottle when I get home anyway. Can there be an eco friendly refill bottle option? I would purchase for sure everytime if this was the case as would many of my friends!

I have a 10 week old baby with downsyndrome they typically have sensitive skin so I have been using this product on all his clothes that I pre washed since before he was born. I use it on all his face clothes and wraps too. I also use it on my 10 year olds clothes too as he hates the feeling of crunchy clothes textures and I put it in with his bed sheets too

i have a bed wetter int he family, so using cuddly is great to keep smells at bay, plus being sensitive i think can only be a good thing

I have always liked the cuddly brand nostaliga from being a kid with that cute cuddly bear and cute slogans about making it so cuddly. But I prefer to use a natural product.

I liked the fragrance, even though I usually try to buy fragrance free. Although I could not smell the fragrance on the washed and dried clothes. I couldn't really tell that the clothes were softer, but I did use a tumble dryer.

I never use fabric softener but was quite excited to try. Smelled nice when I put it in and I was hoping it would make my towels softer (no dryer so they are usually pretty hard). Unfortuanatly they did not smell nicer nor were they soft after drying. So in my opinion it would be a waste of money for me

I really liked this. I always look for a softener that is gentle for sensitive skin and kids. I generally buy the brand that is on special that is suitable for sensitive skin

I see this as an unnecessary product - plus it damages cloth nappies which I use. It also possibly builds up on fabrics and clothing. Why add another thing? I am not interested in fragrance. But simple and natural as possible. Maybe the brand should work on other washing powders, liquids, and washes for nappies and toddler clothing stains.

I stopped using fabric softener for a long time due to skin issues for my sons, but this brand has been working well for us :)

I used it on the blankets we use with the kids and it really did make them so soft and smell nice. The whole laundry cupboard smelled fresh and clean after the washing was done. It didn’t set off my little girl’s eczema and dry skin either.

I used this on a blanket that was a bit scratchy and it really softened it up heaps. Knowing that it is gentle on skin is a huge plus. The spring fresh softener I bought smells terrible and is cheap and harsh so I don’t use it.

I usually bye a concentrate that you make up to larger volume with apple smell I like the option of cheap consentrates

Softener is a 'want' product, not a need. I would like to see Cuddly doing a far more environmentally friendly range, with natural fragrance nothing bad for the environment as I usually only use softener on items that really need it ie towels or wool/merino clothing or blankets etc. I'm trying to reduce the amount of environmentally friendly items I need and this includes the rubbish/waste packaging they are delivered to the consumer in. Reduce, re-use, recycle... if Cuddly can start also focusing on the bigger picture to help their consumer make better choices this would help their brand name.

Stopped getting fabric softener as didnt seen to work in our machine once in an area with high limescale in water. So nice to try this and find it dissolved well and actually made clothes smell nicer and feel softer

Would need to try this for longer, the 3 day test wasn't long enough to see any benifets

Would never buy a fabric softener. Waste of money and awful ingredients.
