If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's tougher than stewing beef! Pan fried it for 1m 30s each side for medium well, couldn't eat this at all. Then cut up the rest for stewing in a pressure cooker - tough, dry and shriveled. Had to throw it out as was inedible! Complete waste of time, money and effort. Would never buy again.
