Our go-to pesto. Flavour is great and you can use it straight from the jar any way you choose. It’s almost creamy which makes it super versatile

I usually buy fresh Pesto either Pam’s Finest or Delmine and find it’s a very intense flavour so I wasn’t expecting much from this but I was pleasantly surprised this is so lovely it was subtle and creamy (ideal for kids) perfect for pasta easy as, I love it!

Love Barilla products. Always buy their pasta. Love pesto but do vary the brands. Hadn’t tried this though.

Lovely flavour and it was good to eat on a wrap. Didn't get a chance to try it with pasta (as it was used for lunch wraps), but I'm sure it would be delicious!

This is the best pesto I have tried from the shop that I would just add to plain pasta and eat. Yummy. It is also good as a dip, but might be a bit too intensely flavoured like that for some. definitely try it with pasta though.

Really liked the flavour and will probably purchase it next time I need some pesto. But I do prefer a "chunkier" style - it was a bit too finely blended.

A surprisingly adaptable meal addition. Didn’t think I would like this but was really pleased to try. Good on pasta, or used in dips and spreads. Good addition to cheeseboard and breads platter.

I enjoyed this pesto on my crackers. However you only need a small amount as it is very salty. I wouldn't want to use it As a dip. Reasonably priced

Tonight for dinner we had pasta with 'Barilla Pesto alla Genovese". With my black box that I received we also go a little book which had a recipe for pasta with this pesto . I added a few extra vege from my garden - -some spinach, a leek, and a bit of bacon I had sitting in my fridge. All of my family really loved this dish. So quick and easy to make. The pesto of course was the star and it was delicious!!! I loved the way that is coated everything in the pasta dish - and was really creamy. The flavour was great and I found I only had to add a small amount of salt and petter to finish it off. One of my family members thought I had put cream in the pasta - but I had only put in the pesto. I think for the price -$5.30 it is actually quite good value. Its easy to use and if you are like me you will want something that is quick and easy - what can be easier than pasta and pesto with a few extra bits thrown it. The only thing I would have to say that isn't so positive is that its quite salty - ok for pasta but I wouldn't (as suggested on the jar) have it as a dip -

+ PROS: easy to use and prepare Tastes great. versatile - can be used lots of different ways.
- CONS: maybe a little too salty if used as a dip
