the chocolate pieces in this product are so hard they are brittle i chipped my tooth luckily it was easy to repair so now i sieve all the chocolate bits out and enjoy the brownie like this my favourite is he carrot cake my daughters did warn me about the chocolate bits but i wanted to try it out first i should have listened to them2 of them are very great bakers

+ PROS: love your products except one
- CONS: chocolate bits in the brownie mix are so hard and brittle makes it hard to enjoy i now sieve all the bits out of this product
