I didn’t receive this in my box but I do buy them in the weekly grocery shop (just 1 or 2 depending) to have there for my grandson if there are no previously frozen meals in the freezer

+ PROS: Quick and easy and the containers get reused all the time for freezing his hone made meals.
- CONS: Not as health as home made
