This butter chicken kit is inspired by the traditional butter chicken from delhi in north india which is also the birth place of this dish. The spices that complement this dish include cumin, green cardomom, ginger, bay leaf and fenugreek leaves

A great quick weeknight dinner option

+ PROS: Extremely easy to use. No measuring required, only needed to add chicken. Tastes great.
- CONS: Would make more sense to be smaller or bigger as a bit big for two people but wouldn’t feed a 4 person family.

Delicious, quick and easy.

+ PROS: Convenient and easy to use, full of flavour. Packaging provides ideas to add to meal.
- CONS: Recipe doesn’t include any vegetables but I added these in to bulk out the meal a bit.
