The best shelf painkiller. Just had teeth removal, kept the pain under control lot longer than plain panadol. My go to for pain relief

Had covid and felt awful. Panadol alone was not enough. Maxalgesic definitely worked better than Panadol alone.

Worked as described. Slightly larger pill than my current ones but it does have a smoothness to it to help with those of us who have difficulty taking them.

Normally I take two tablets to combine them, having this was really handy. This arrived while I was going through covid and WOW my nagging headache was gone as soon as these kicked in! I will be adding these to my medical cabinet.

I’ve used this in the past as is touted as being good for period pain. I do find it effective and think it’s a great idea, however the cost means I wouldn’t currently purchase this product unfortunately.

Found this worked a lot quicker than usual paracetamol or ibuprofen on their own which is surprising given less of each than standard dosing. Totally have me sold!

It worked well for light headache but contains less ibuprofen than I would normally take, so unsure how it would be with more severe headache

Magicgesic only offers 300mg ibuprofen per dose where an adult dose is 400mg. For the price, it is still cheaper to buy non-branded ibuprofen and paracetamol

As someone who already combines paracetamol and ibuprofen for pain relief, it is very useful to have both medicines in one tablet. This provides the best most effective over the counter pain relief. I will use this product when on the run, but probably prefer to combine the cheaper "budget brand" tablets separately for use at home, as I believe they are cheaper have the same end result. I do think the Maxigesic branding is on the mark, as it looks reliable and trustworthy.

Hadn't used a Paracetamol / Ibuprofen mix before, but it seemed to work really well

I must say I was a bit sceptical about the claims but.... they work and I would definitely by these. I have arthritis in my ankle and a very bad hip and the relief from pain was excellent.

I need a knee replacement and the only medication that has helped me is this. I hope it will get me threw the summer then I will get the operation . I love the fact that I can take something and not feel tired or feel like I have taken something.

So good to only take 2 pills instead of 4 (paracetamol +ibuprofen). Easy to swallow with no after taste. Worked and I didn’t not have to take another 2 tablets 6 hours later. Will save the rest for when I am in a lot of pain, minor headaches I will just use my cheap tablets.

Does what it says it will. Would save this for stronger pain and use the cheaper panadol for minor pain. Cheaper to buy 100 paracetamol which lasts longer but these would be good when you need the paracetamol/ibuprofen combo.

I usually just use Pam's panadol as it's cheap this is the first time I've tried this product and found it fast working easy to swallow

I recently had surgery and started taking the Maxigesic Paracetamol a couple of days ago. This has definitely alleviated the pain better than the paracetamol that was prescribed by the doctor.

Husband and I loved maxigenic.. Panandol is of the past for us we maxigenic I get headaches often from over working and this week instead of oandol we have them ago and my goodness pain relief was rapid with 15min of digesture and laying down I was feeling energized and not weak like often times
