This had quite a nice flavour, when added to a salad though, don't skimp on how much of this you put on otherwise flavour disappears into salad. Tasted a bit like beef jerky but had a softer texture which was nice. Am a meat eater so can't justify buying these when I can top my salad with any diced meat for way way cheaper.

+ PROS: The soft texture is lovely to eat.
- CONS: Price Need to use a lot to get the nice flavour showing through salad.

Really nice texture and flavour. Like finely shredded jerky with a slightly more softer texture. Nice topping on salads for a bit of interest

Very tasty - negative reviews seem to be mostly meat eaters, which makes sense. Strong flavour means you get more for your buck - a little goes a long way which is appreciated as plant-based options do run on the pricier side. Very tasty jerky-like alternative, lasted me a few meals.

We arw dairy farmers so love real meat and protien so were going to throw it out without trying it. Ended up trying it and are soooo glad we did.

Never understood non meat products masquerading as meat but this was tasty and much like Biltong. I actually really liked it.

Nice addition to a summer salad with the original flavor, Something a little bit different but nice.

Tasty and great way to up the protein of a meal if you aren't eating meat/animal products. I did develop painful bloating from the uncooked pea protein though. Second time around I cooked it quickly and didn't have any issues.

- CONS: Sensitivity to uncooked pea protein

I dont usually go for plant based options. The texture is not to my liking and the flavour is strong. Not too bad in small volumes in a chicken wrap but its not something i will purchase again.

+ PROS: Does have a smokey bacony flavour
- CONS: very strong flavour, weird texture

Yeah this is a good idea but I am not a massive fan. I just add feta to my salads to top it off.

Not a meat eater at all but others in my household tried this and said great tasting product and was a good addition to their salad gave it that little bit of lift that’s not usually there in your traditional salad

+ PROS: Is a great alternative if you want the flavour without the real thing
- CONS: Very pricey

Base taste is ok but the manufacturer has clearly never eaten real meat

+ PROS: Meat free
- CONS: So much sugar. Why add sugar to a protein alternative. It’s almost as much sugar as a can of coke and tastes far to sweet for a savoury addition to a salad.

We all had a try and the flavor is nice but VERY strong and the product is quite chewy.. I'm not sure if that's the concept they were going for but it's not a favorite in our home.

+ PROS: Good alternative for non meat eaters
- CONS: Too strong in flavor, and quite chewy. At first glance my kids asked if it was dirt haha

I wasn’t a fan, the flavour is very strong -

+ PROS: It’s a good concept, and there may be some that do enjoy this product
- CONS: The flavour was too strong for me, i know this is a meet free products but I’d probably add this to a mixture of mince or something.
