I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet taste of fig and the hint of cardamom very enjoyable with some delicious cheeses

+ PROS: A lovely accomplishment to a cheese board or even just as a snack.
- CONS: Can’t think of any other than we wish the box didn’t empty.

I liked the idea of ‘rescued grains’. Was not sure what the cardamom was going to taste like but it gives the crackers a sophisticated edge. They are great with soft or blue cheeses. Quite hard but I liked the crunch.

+ PROS: Interesting and sophisticated taste Small and bite-sized Recycled grains
- CONS: Quite hard

Chewy, nice with soft cheeses, there was a slight burnt taste to them.

+ PROS: Good with soft cheeses
- CONS: Hard on the teeth

Tasty! I love the slightly burnt sugar flavour of these little crackers - a great foil to the tang of a strong cheese. Fantastic for grazing platters and I love the "upcylcing" :-)

+ PROS: Tasty and interesting looking
- CONS: Careful of your teeth - they are quite hard.

A nice addition to a platter. A bit chewy and I'm not a fan of anything with Figs at all but these were ok with a slice of camembert. Not a massive hit in the household though so probably will not purchase this particular flavour.

+ PROS: Another option for the platters.
- CONS: A bit hard on the teeth.

Used them on a cheese plater as suggested & we enjoyed them especially with Brie & Havarti. Interesting flavour solo but not unpleasant. I would get them again. Great concept of upcycling.

+ PROS: Good taste especially with cheese. Chewy & crunchy combined.
- CONS: None.

I think I may be a bit stuck in my traditional ways when it comes to grains and crackers. To me, there are two types of crackers, healthy and not so healthy. I like clean healthy, wholesome flavours, and prefer to not add in fruits or spices when eating something full of naturally flavoured grains. Keep grains clean, and natural.

+ PROS: The upcycling concept.
- CONS: Fruit and spices in a grain cracker.

Was a little on the chewy side. Couldn't really taste the fig until a little while after chewing. Kids were not fans.

+ PROS: Great idea and concept just needs a little tweaking. Possibly new flavors
- CONS: Very chewy kids not a fan.

Nice idea of reusing a waster product. A little chewy, found it nicer with a soft cheese.

Bit chewy and hard. Loved the packaging and the air filled bag inside. Nice figgy flavour, had it with hummous but I think would be better paired with a blue cheese.

+ PROS: Upcycled grains Eyecatching packaging
- CONS: Not adding to my shopping list, bit pricey

Something a bit different and special for a platter. Bit of a talking point too.

+ PROS: Chewing texture was great. Flavours go so good with blue cheese. Low carb
- CONS: Ate the whole box in one sitting. ooops

- CONS: A bit sweet for me Not a fan of the chewy texture

I found these little delights to be so delicious !!! Small in size but with so much flavour I paired them with a creamy blue cheese …so with the slightly sweet with the sharpness of the blue it’s a winner

+ PROS: Great taste Great packaging Good price point for something abit different on your platter
- CONS: None at all

What a great idea. I like wasting as little as possible so this idea really resonates with me. The packaging is attractive and the price isn’t out of the realm of feasible. They have a nice crunch to them—-but they’re also a little chewy…which I wasn’t sure I quite liked. We all found them a bit sweet—so thought they might best be paired with a sharp cheddar.

+ PROS: Upcycled product Nice crunch Attractive packaging Nice “look” to product Price point reasonable
- CONS: Wee bit sweet for our liking Bit chewy (from figs?)

Love the concept, upcycling is a complementary process to recycling and we could all do more of that...well done there. The product tasted great, packaging was excellent down to the air-filled inner to protect them and the little window to allow you to see the actual product. The price is also not over-the-top, so a great win all around in my book. The only place forward they could move on this would be to use biodegradable plastic for the inner pack and recycled cardboard for the box...but this is just a suggestion to attain perfection and does not detract from this in any way.

+ PROS: Tastes delicious Nice snack size Not too crunchy Great packaging Good price
- CONS: None that I can think of

These little morsels look gorgeous on a platter. Great bite size cracker made from rescued spent brewers grain - who would have thought!?!

+ PROS: Great compliment to a cheese board. Perfect bite size. Not ‘teeth breaking’ like other brand grain crackers. Hardly, if any, broken crackers in packet.
- CONS: Although bite size is great, it can be difficult to fit your cheese on.

Amazing that they use by-products from one item to make another (retake on the ole Marmite idea!) Light and crunchy, just a lovely wee snack. Recommend.

+ PROS: Crunchy and light Great snack Good flavour
- CONS: Probably not a regular purchase item

We tried these with a group of people this Easter, found them very sweet.

+ PROS: They are made of reusable ingredients which was fantastic and all like that. They were a bit small bite size
- CONS: All the information was on the size of the box were it should be on the front on the box as most people buy with there eyes

Not only can you up-cycle clothes, paper, and plastic. Now you can up-cycle your beer ingredients. Fantastic concept and a great talking point when eating them on a shared platter.

+ PROS: Feels good to up- cycle, they look and taste great! The flavour combination works!
- CONS: They are not gluten free - which is understandable.
