It's good.. But has sugar added... In very small letters... No good for mixing with tandoori paste or type 1 diabetics!!

delicious- the best I've tasted - I'm hooked!

+ PROS: creamy and delicious only need 2 tablespoons
- CONS: price on the high side but still worth it
