Never bought ricotta before but this is so good with cauliflower gratin.

+ PROS: Smooth and creamy texture. Very tasty itself too.

Very smooth and tasty. Makes a fabulous gnocchi (boiled then grilled with other veges) and is the total star of the dish!

Thank goodness for the Ricotta Pesto Pasta recipe. I don't usually buy ricotta but this recipe has changed my mind.

While the ricotta is tasty and easy to use, it's overpriced for this size container. Really great to have a recipe provided to use this with, as don't usually buy ricotta, and the recipe and product were very easy to use. End result - a quick, easy and flavoursome meal!

+ PROS: Taste - excellent. Texture - really creamy and exactly what ricotta should be.
- CONS: Price - too expensive for this size container.

Our go to Ricotta. We use this in a number of different recipes (meatballs, lasagne) as well as just plain on toast. It has a nice smooth and creamy texture.
