Dairyworks Chipotle & Sea Salt Finishing Butter

Surprisingly delicious. Addictively good on baked potatoes, fish, steak, lamb etc etc. I liked how you could cut the little stick into bits so it went further.

Cut a lump of it and placed it on a nice sirloin. Melted easily and gave it a nice little jolt of chili and added moisture. Plus it looks really nice.

Love this brand and their range of butters. This specific one was amazing to smother prawns in as suggested! I think I have found my new favourite way to eat prawns instesd of garlic butter. Also really delicious way to perfect your steak at the end!

Delicious, adds a nice flavour to potatoes. I still prefer the garlic and herb one as it is a little more versatile, but would buy this one again too. Adding flavoured butter takes some pressure off as you don't need to consider which spices/herbs to add.

Delicious. Tried it several ways, most delicious was on grilled salmon. Will look for tge other flavours too, as I could make one similar to this but certainly not the smoked flavour!

Nice on steaks, but can be easily made using already owned pantry staples. Cannot justify paying a premium price for something that can be homemade. Will consider the truffle butter and smokey butter though.

I tried the chick pea recipe as outlined in the blackbox book. Quite a nice snack but could do with a bit more flavour.

I found this flavour a little odd, it wasnt very nice as a finishing butter on the meat.

I used this to glaze steak as I cooked it. It added a delicious flavour and help the steak fats to caramelise nicely. I will definitely be trying the other flavours available too!

These are great little packs, I use the garlic one all the time. This made excellent potato pieces in the air fryer and was good over chicken drumsticks.

This is a exciting new product that we loved to try. We had this on top of our steaks and it really enhanced the overall dish. The flavour is not over powering but is great to complement any dish you are having it with. I would highly recommend this product

I like the idea of flavoured finishing butters, though was a bit stumped as to how to use this flavour initially. We have used it on steaks which my meat loving adult son loved. He also liked the spicy chipotle flavour. for me it was a little too spicy. I'm not likely to purchase this product but would like to see it come out in other flavours, such as garlic or onion which I am more likely to use.
