Have being taking these but not sure if they work or not!

I take vitamins now. Not wanting to add yet another capsule to take.

Didn't notice much of a difference to be honest.

After taking these I do feel better :-)

This product is amazing, I definately noticed a difference when I took it and I loved that it is shelf stable and doesn't need a fridge. My only negative was a couple of the capsules changed colour and went hard so I threw them out, I am assuming this was to with getting too hot over summer. I also love that you can buy these at the supermarket.

I haven't noticed any ISSUES but nothing life changing progress yet but will continue to have it and see how it plays out. The capsules are easy to ingest (no foul taste/after-taste), it being a capsule.

A good probiotic. It definitely helps reduce bloating and improves gut health (reduces smelly stools). There are more costly and more powerful products on the market ... but this is a good mid-range product for daily maintenance.

I am not sure what difference I have felt. I have just about finished the bottle so I plan to stay off them for about 4 weeks and then buy a bottle and start the one a day to try and discern and differences in the body. Certainly no negative impact

I have a sensitive gut. I ate something that I knew could give me grief. Tum started gurgling so I popped a Blackmores Probiotic capsule and it worked within minutes. A big tick from me.

I have used many probiotics in the past. After the first day I noticed more change that with any other product. No more gas or cramping in my bowel and stopped feeling sluggish. The issues was I didn’t m ow I was sluggish until I tried this product- I absolutely recommend this product!
