Overall good and texture was fine if cooked on low followed by high heat. Undercooked the first one and left a slight filmy taste. Flavour is quite nice and definitely tastes like a good lamb burger.

These burgers are SO good. The kids love them. "Is this steak, instead of a pattie" Mr 11 asks. Love that they are packed in 2s so Mr14 can help himself when he is STARVING.

I found the denseness of the meat quite rubbery and the flavour quite like eating liver. I think the lamb flavour totally overpowers the venison, and couldn’t finish mine. I usually love your venison burgers but they were unavailable so thought these worth a try. What a disappointment.

I've never tried venison before. I did not get the gamey taste it is known for. Did not like the kelp flavour.

So salty and difficult to separate the patties. It sounded exciting when reading the packaging, Venison, Lamb and kelp sea salt. But just tasted bland.
